How European Capital Strengthens an International XRPFi Platform

Berlin-based Wind Partners holds a recorded position of 1,426,950.09 XRP within the institutional framework of myXRP.fi.

The position represents approximately 17.6% of the initial 8,099,291.67 XRP institutional book and strengthens the European dimension of the project. Together with London-based North Gate and Hong Kong family office Resin Essex, Wind Partners forms part of an international professional capital structure spanning three major financial centers.

Its participation also highlights the broader architecture behind myXRP.fi: a platform combining professional capital, a regulated operator, multi-asset custody, a transparent on-chain bridge, published technical reviews, and a stated protection framework totaling 35 million XRP.

An International Institutional Book

The initial professional positions recorded by the project are:

  • Resin Essex — 5,306,820.33 XRP;
  • Wind Partners — 1,426,950.09 XRP;
  • North Gate — 1,365,521.25 XRP.

The combined total reaches 8,099,291.67 XRP.

Wind Partners is the second-largest participant in this structure. Its position, alongside North Gate, creates a significant European component within the initial institutional book.

The project presents these organizations as participating funds and professional clients of its institutional phase. Their involvement demonstrates that myXRP.fi developed a cross-border professional capital base before expanding access to a broader market.

More Than a Single Smart Contract

myXRP.fi operates through two separate but complementary frameworks.

The public on-chain route allows holders of official FXRP to lock their assets in MyXRPBridge and receive myXRP.fi at a 1:1 ratio.

The custodial route supports more than 200 listed assets. It allows participants to use BTC, ETH, USDT, XRP, and other supported assets without first being limited to FXRP.

This combination creates flexibility for different types of capital. On-chain users receive direct access to the FXRP bridge, while custodial participants can work through a broader multi-asset framework.

Transparent 1:1 Issuance and Redemption

MyXRPBridge operates on Flare C-Chain and accepts only official FXRP as its underlying asset.

Each FXRP deposited through the defined contract function results in an equal quantity of myXRP.fi. During redemption, the corresponding myXRP.fi is burned and FXRP is returned.

Maximum outstanding issuance is capped at 10,000,000 FXRP.

The contract architecture includes:

  • a fixed underlying FXRP address;
  • a fixed issuance ceiling;
  • no owner or administrator;
  • no operator key;
  • no privileged withdrawal path;
  • no upgrade mechanism;
  • reentrancy protection.

The absence of a bridge-level administrative withdrawal route means that locked FXRP follows the contract’s defined redemption process.

The Role of Top Value

The operational and custodial infrastructure is managed by Top Value (BVI) AM Limited.

The company is presented as a regulated virtual asset service provider and custody provider listed by the BVI Financial Services Commission.

The activities identified by the project include exchange between virtual assets and the safekeeping or administration of virtual assets.

This provides myXRP.fi with a clearly structured operating model. Top Value manages the desk and custodial cabinet, while the smart contract handles on-chain FXRP issuance and redemption.

The W Holding Protection Framework

The project states that W Holding provides protection totaling 35 million XRP.

The allocation is divided into:

  • 25 million XRP for the custodial cabinet;
  • 10 million XRP for on-chain myXRP.fi tokens.

The custodial allocation substantially exceeds the size of the initial institutional book. The separate 10 million XRP on-chain allocation aligns with the bridge’s fixed 10 million FXRP issuance ceiling.

Seven Published Technical Reviews

myXRP.fi presents seven published reviews of MyXRPBridge from Claude Opus, Claude Sonnet, Grok, GPT, Gemini, Composer, and Comply Security.

The reviews examine the contract’s asset admission rules, issuance model, redemption process, fixed parameters, operational boundaries, and absence of privileged fund-moving authority.

The contract source code has also been published. Its address, underlying asset, and deployment information are available through Flare Explorer and Sourcify.

Access Across 25 Network Environments

The custodial framework supports more than 200 listed assets across 25 network environments.

These include Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and major Layer 2 networks, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Flare, Hyperliquid, Solana, XRP Ledger, TRON, SEI, Cosmos, Near, Aptos, Sui, Stellar, Algorand, Polkadot, and Kaspa.

This coverage allows the infrastructure to address a broader digital asset market rather than focusing on a single blockchain.

Connected to the Flare Ecosystem

The myXRP.fi ecosystem map includes several established platforms:

  • Firelight for liquid staking infrastructure;
  • Kinetic for FXRP money markets;
  • Upshift and Clearstar for institutional vault strategies;
  • Spectra for yield trading;
  • Mystic for curated FXRP strategies;
  • Superform for cross-vault routing;
  • Morpho for isolated lending markets;
  • SparkDEX for AMM infrastructure;
  • Enosys for FXRP and stablecoin liquidity;
  • XRPFi as an ecosystem opportunity directory.

The FXRP locked in MyXRPBridge remains inside the bridge. The custodial desk operates through a separate accounting and deployment framework.

European Capital Meets XRPFi Infrastructure

The Wind Partners position is significant because it forms part of a wider international foundation.

myXRP.fi combines:

  • more than 8.09 million XRP in its initial institutional book;
  • a stated 35 million XRP protection structure;
  • a fixed 10 million FXRP issuance ceiling;
  • seven published contract reviews;
  • more than 200 listed assets;
  • 25 supported network environments;
  • integrations and ecosystem connections across Flare.

Within this structure, Wind Partners adds a major European professional position and supports the project’s development as an international infrastructure layer for XRPFi.
