At Gossby, processes are tailored to the individual. Personalized gifts differ from one another. We utilize the same procedure for ceramics, canvas, and paper. The first step is to prepare each piece for the stencil. Then we utilize high-pressure diamond sand to engrave as deeply as possible into the underlying materials. This procedure smoothes even the internal areas of letters and logos, resulting in crisp sharp edges. Although some companies use a laser to engrave directly onto glass or crystal, or simply surface etch the item, these processes do not produce the high-quality look we prefer.
